Responsibilities
Perform PCB layout and component library management with high accuracy
Design circuit board layouts for electronic components and assemblies
Conduct PCB layout reviews with design and hardware engineering teams
Collaborate with engineers to understand circuit requirements and constraints
Ensure layouts meet all electrical, physical, and manufacturing specifications
Perform layout verification and testing to confirm design integrity
Create and maintain design documentation, including schematics, bills of materials, and fabrication and assembly instructions
Support supplier and manufacturing questions related to BoMs, Gerber files, schematics, and technical documentation
Qualification
Required
U.S. citizenship required
Associate's degree (or equivalent education/experience)
2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience with Altium and PADS
Strong working knowledge of common software tools, including spreadsheets, word processing, and internet-based applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
ECAD/CAM experience
Electronic Design Architecture (EDA) experience
Prior aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing background
