Drive policy strategy at a national scale
Build and leverage high‑level bipartisan relationships
Represent an industry with enormous economic and political significance
Operate within a respected, mission‑driven organization known for its credibility, expertise, and access
Deep understanding of federal legislative and regulatory processes
7–10+ years of experience in government affairs, Congressional leadership or committee staff roles, Administration posts, or equivalent policy experience
Strong bipartisan relationships, particularly with the Senate Banking and House Financial Services Committees
Proven track record of advancing policy priorities through Congress
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a senior, cross‑functional team

Required
