Responsibilities
Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals
Participate in design phases for medium to large projects and programs, identifying, tracking, and resolving technical issues
Design and deliver small to medium tasks, working individually or as a team
Work with Product Owner and Solution Architect to understand and determine the best mix of development and technical solutions to meet business requirements and project objectives
Participate in all aspects of implementation, planning, and coordinating activities
Recommend system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of different approaches
Provide technical support and monitoring, maintain software and infrastructure in production, create and maintain documentation related to important support processes, and provide support for production issues
Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders, and business partners using a variety of techniques and collaboration from initiation to close
Resolve conflict/issues of medium complexity and escalate to others when appropriate
Produce and communicate appropriate level of status to senior management
Take responsibility for the software deployment pipeline for automating the continuous deployment of code and following DevOps practice
Participate in code reviews to provide and gain constructive feedback on code
Qualification
Required
Must have experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Billing, RCA, and OmniScript. Gearset is a plus
3+ years' experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development (Apex and Visual Force)
Hands on experience in Apex Classes, Asynchronous Apex, Controllers, Triggers, Visualforce Pages, SOQL and SOSL, Web Services (SOAP and REST), Apex Callouts, Unit Test Classes, Salesforce Security Model, and Lightening Components
Experience with deployment techniques such as Changesets, Ant, and Jenkins
Hands on experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder, Visual Flows, Approval Processes, and Changesets
Strong technical background with web development technologies such as Java, .Net, HTML, XML, JSP, and JavaScript
Experience integrating Salesforce applications with third party systems using REST API and event-based integration patterns
Experience working in Agile projects
Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Administrator (required), Platform Developer I (required)
Preferred
Experience implementing CRM solutions in the financial sector is preferred
