New Grad, Entry LevelSavant Senior Living is seeking a Move-in Coordinator to facilitate the transition of new residents into their community. This role involves communication with prospective residents and their families, managing logistics with moving companies, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed for a smooth onboarding process.

Responsibilities
Serves as the primary contact for community tours
Assists with ensuring collateral materials are available for marketing use, show rooms are ready to show, develops and maintains a marketing tour book for the community, takes deposits
Collects all necessary paperwork required for closing and distributes the paperwork to the necessary stakeholders
Works in conjunction with the other team members to ensure accurate reporting of occupancy, reservations and upcoming move-outs
Prepares closing documentation and internal communication timely and accurately
Works with Operations to ensure available inventory is show ready for Marketing Director
Ensure room readiness, purchase resident supplies, bedding, decor, lamps
Make room and mailbox keys
Make welcome signs on the doors and name tags for door plaques
Completely and accurately follow the new move-in checklist
Prepare all necessary paperwork and build the new resident administrative file
Create and maintain the Resident Directory
Coordinate introductions to department heads at the community
Regularly checks in on the new resident on a weekly basis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred, but a history of administrative work experience is a perfect substitute
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
Proficiency in MS Office systems
Ability and willingness to report to work on time and ready for work on each scheduled day
Exceptional analytical skills
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and to work on multiple assignments at the same time (multi-task)
Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the concepts of providing outstanding customer care
