Channel Partner Account Executive
Prime Team Partners is a fast-growing SaaS AI HRIS startup seeking a channel/partnership-focused seller to expand distribution and revenue. The role involves building and activating alliances across HRIS ecosystems and cloud marketplaces, driving revenue via indirect channels, and managing the full-cycle sales process alongside partner teams.

Responsibilities
Build & scale partnerships: Launch, grow, and operationalize revenue-generating relationships across consulting networks, HR platforms, and cloud marketplaces
Drive revenue via indirect channels: Run joint pitches, demos, and co-sell motions that convert into pipeline and closed-won deals
Source & close new business: Own the full-cycle enterprise and upper–mid-market sales process alongside partner teams
Map the ecosystem: Identify high-potential partners, craft mutual value props, and stand up repeatable plays for co-marketing and field engagement
Run partner reviews: Lead QBRs to align on pipeline, enablement, and success metrics; track joint outcomes
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated success in channel/alliances sales—building, activating, and scaling indirect revenue streams
Experience collaborating with major cloud marketplaces and navigating co-sell/joint GTM motions
Background in enterprise SaaS (HR tech or adjacent preferred); comfortable with startup ambiguity and speed
Ability to sell AI-powered technology (not services) and translate technical value into business outcomes
You don't need a pre-existing HR network—hustle and zero-to-one partnership building matter most
Executive presence: you can earn trust with senior stakeholders across partners and customers
