Execute the dual-sided GTM strategy, building a candidate base of tens of thousands and onboarding hundreds of companies
Host high-signal events, exclusive dinners, and community initiatives to embed the product into the SF tech ecosystem
Act as the first US Account Executive, closing flagship customers while providing white-glove onboarding to ensure successful retention
Qualification
Required
Experience scaling 0→$1M ARR
Deeply networked within the San Francisco ecosystem
Established presence among founders and talent leaders
Comfortable with ambiguity and intense, high-performance environments
Ability to execute the dual-sided GTM strategy
Experience building a candidate base of tens of thousands
Experience onboarding hundreds of companies
Ability to host high-signal events, exclusive dinners, and community initiatives
Experience acting as an Account Executive and closing flagship customers
Experience providing white-glove onboarding to ensure successful retention
