Senior LevelQuoris is seeking a senior-level Hybrid Cloud Engineer to support and evolve a healthcare IT environment with a growing cloud-first strategy. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting hybrid cloud infrastructure while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with application and backend teams.

Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support hybrid cloud infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments
Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 (M365) and Azure environments, including Entra ID (Azure AD) integration
Support virtual desktop and endpoint solutions, including Horizon and Azure Virtual Desktop
Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions using Rubrik Cloud Data Management
Support and maintain VMware and Nutanix (NC2) platforms
Implement and support SSO solutions and identity integrations (Entra ID / Azure AD)
Develop and maintain scripting and automation (PowerShell, etc.) to improve reliability and efficiency
Collaborate with application and backend engineering teams to support infrastructure and platform services
Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues across hybrid environments
Provide senior-level mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices
Qualification
Required
Senior-level experience as a Cloud Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or Systems Engineer
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and Azure infrastructure services
Hands-on experience supporting Azure Virtual Desktop and/or other VDI solutions (Horizon preferred)
Strong experience with VMware and Nutanix environments (including NC2)
Experience implementing SSO and identity integrations (Entra ID / Azure AD)
Experience with Rubrik Cloud Data Management (backup and disaster recovery)
Strong scripting/automation skills (PowerShell preferred)
Experience supporting backend software and infrastructure services in production environments
Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead through technical influence
