Strategic Account Director
PrismHR is a company specializing in network infrastructure and cloud connectivity, and they are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Account Director. This senior-level role will drive business development and revenue growth across the Hyperscaler, Cloud, and Content segments, serving as a trusted advisor to major cloud providers and influencing large-scale connectivity strategies.
Responsibilities
Own and expand relationships with hyperscalers, cloud providers, and content platforms
Develop multi-year account strategies aligned with customer requirements and company objectives
Identify and close opportunities across fiber, IP transit, wavelength, and data center interconnect services
Partner with Sales Engineering, Product Management, and Network Planning to design scalable, cost-efficient solutions
Lead complex commercial negotiations and long-term contractual discussions
Understand customer architectures, technical roadmaps, and global infrastructure needs
Establish and maintain strong executive-level relationships across multiple business units
Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics within the hyperscaler and cloud ecosystem
Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account reporting
Qualification
Required
Strong executive communication, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities
Ability to connect technical infrastructure solutions to customer business outcomes
Highly motivated and effective in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Willing to travel up to 30% for customer meetings and industry events
5+ years of enterprise, carrier, or infrastructure sales experience supporting hyperscalers, cloud companies, OTTs, or major content platforms
Proven experience using Salesforce CRM and managing complex pipelines
