Responsibilities
Ensure that source files are received and processed. Maintain the source data schedule
Research source data issues and trigger the resolution action
Complete all reporting and data load functions for assigned systems
Ensures Loads meet client requirements through detailed review and analysis
Communicates with internal clients, developers, and other team members
Tests development efforts and assists clients in user acceptance testing
Creates and maintains a project plan, documents meeting notes and distributes to team
Provides regular status reports to internal clients, developers, and management as needed
Qualification
Required
0 - 3 years of Experience in US Healthcare Business Analyst position experience
Ability to work proficiently in Microsoft Word, Excel
Required experience in Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SQL
Ability to manage a small to medium sized project(s)
Ability to map processes, manage inventory & remediation, and developing metrics/measurement on an overall product level
Ability to identify Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) for issues
Ability to develop relationships both in person and over the phone
Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
