Responsibilities
Count money and prepare daily bank deposits
Process money orders and Ohio Lottery tickets
Sell stamps, money orders, hunting & fishing licenses, event tickets, RTA passes, dog licenses
Process utility bill payments
Reconcile cashier drawers
Ensure outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment
Greet and acknowledge every customer
Answer customers questions and concerns whether in person or on the phone
Multi-tasking
Qualification
Required
High-energy, team player
Prior store bookkeeping or accounting experience
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Ability to process information/merchandise through the computer and register systems
Ability to move or scan merchandise generally weighing 0 - 20 pounds
Ability to provide outstanding customer service
Ability to process sales quickly, accurately and efficiently
Ability to operate register and safeguard company assets
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment
Comfortable multi-tasking
Preferred
Experience with keeping books or working previously in banks
