Senior LevelMastech Digital is a company seeking a Reltio Architect to lead the implementation of Reltio MDM solutions. The role involves owning the end-to-end delivery, facilitating design workshops, and acting as the primary contact for client leadership and technical teams.

Responsibilities
Strong Implementation experience on Reltio MDM and Reltio Integration Hub
Own the end-to-end Reltio MDM delivery and support engagement on behalf of the service provider
Facilitate design workshops, governance meetings, and translate business needs into actionable technical solutions
Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership, business users, and technical teams
Engage directly with business users to capture detailed business use cases, match/merge rules, and data quality objectives
Lead the full delivery lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, integration, and ongoing support
Develop comprehensive Solution Architecture Documents covering data model design, match rules, survivorship rules, and initial & delta load strategies
Guide integration of the Reltio MDM solution with inbound and outbound systems using industry best practices
Ensure strict adherence to agreed solution standards, compliance with governance processes, and high quality of deliverables
Drive timely execution of project milestones by coordinating closely between onsite and offshore teams
Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and issues, and provide effective mitigation strategies
Provide mentorship and support to client and offshore teams on Reltio product capabilities, design patterns, and solution approaches for specific requirements
Maintain thorough technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, data flow diagrams, configurations, integration specifications, and runbooks
Collaborate with stakeholders to support SIT and UAT testing efforts, ensuring smooth validation of solution functionality
Ensure clear and effective communication of priorities, deliverables, and deadlines to the client and internal teams
