Responsibilities
Proposal development
Work with technical staff to develop proposal sections and scopes of work
Mentor subordinate marketing staff as junior team members are added
Assist with marketing budget development
Maintain resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, photographs, etc
Plan and schedule marketing support activities to ensure that goals are accomplished and deadlines are met
Develop and update social media
Assist with development of marketing and branding materials
Plan marketing activities
Update website information
Research target markets
Actively involved in professional and community organizations
Coordinate with Business Development team for business development goals and activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
at least 8 years marketing experience
Thorough understanding of the AEC industry terminology and procedures
Professional demeanor that enables the candidate to interact with the highest levels both inside and outside Salas O'Brien
Excellent organizational skills
Driven, hardworking, takes pride in their work
Persistent, able to follow through in a consistent manner and document efforts
Experience tracking efforts and meeting benchmarks
Preferred
at least 5 years of AEC experience
