Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage customer inquiries
Maintain customer records and update necessary information
Assist with date entry and billing processes
Provide administrative support to the office staff
Transcribe dictation and prepare correspondence and documents
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Strong clerical and organizational skills
Ability to type accurately and efficiently
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred
Previous experience working in a data entry or office setting is preferred
