Responsibilities

Performing inspections and surveillance activities at supplier facilities, fabrication yards, and construction sites
Reviewing and verifying contractor and supplier inspection and testing procedures, quality plans, and documentation to ensure adequacy and compliance
Supporting Factory Acceptance Tests, final inspections, release activities, and punch list closure
Coordinating and overseeing third-party and contractor inspectors, working closely with supplier QA/QC teams
Interfacing with engineering, construction, and quality supervision to support drawing reviews, method statements, and inspection techniques
Identifying potential quality risks early, documenting deficiencies, performing audits and assessments, and providing technical guidance to resolve issues and prevent recurrence
Regular reporting of inspection status and quality issues is required
Domestic and international travel to project sites may be necessary to support inspection and surveillance activities

Required

Ensuring the quality, compliance, and safety of electrical and instrumentation equipment during procurement, fabrication, construction, and installation activities
Providing technical inspection expertise
Ensuring all work is executed in accordance with project specifications, codes, standards, and Inspection and Test Plans
Performing inspections and surveillance activities at supplier facilities, fabrication yards, and construction sites
Reviewing and verifying contractor and supplier inspection and testing procedures, quality plans, and documentation to ensure adequacy and compliance
