ERP/CRM Project Manager

Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers to prepare and manage objectives, scope, project plan, timeline, budget, and resource plan
Follow Boyer's Project Methodology - The Framework
Help the project team manage the backlog of work and drive projects to completion
Facilitate status meeting with clients and prepare status reports
Identify risks and mitigate risks and issues in close collaboration with clients and project team
Collaborate across different teams to ensure project success
PMO Process Improvements
Adding Value to Clients - 36 Hrs. Billable/week

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience managing ERP/CRM implementations, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV/BC)
Expertise in Project and Program Management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall approaches
Strong knowledge of software implementation lifecycles, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and troubleshooting
Experience managing Microsoft third-party add-ons, integrations, and implementation strategies
Proven ability to manage client relationships, including C-level executives and key stakeholders
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to present confidently to diverse audiences
Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities, proactively identifying and mitigating project blockers
Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) and Microsoft Project for project tracking and backlog management
Ability to analyze budget vs. actuals and present financial reports to customers and executive management
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
Proven ability to establish and implement internal tools and best practices to improve PMO processes
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience
PMP certification
