Senior Communications Manager

Responsibilities
Support development and execution of communications plans aligned to client goals, timelines, and key moments
Translate client inputs into clear messaging, content, and deliverables that are audience-focused and action-oriented
Track deliverables, deadlines, and approvals across workstreams and ensure work stays on schedule
Create communications that increase engagement and help audiences understand not just “what’s happening,” but “why it matters”
Build content that amplifies key messages across channels and touchpoints to reinforce awareness and consistency
Develop enablement communications (toolkits, newsletters, articles, manager resources, FAQs, talking points, blogs) that support adoption of new behaviors, tools, or ways of working
Ensure communications are designed to drive action, reduce confusion, and increase participation
Create and edit a wide range of client-facing materials, including: Executive-ready email drafts, announcements, and internal updates
Leadership messaging and narrative frameworks
Executive talk tracks and speaking notes
Scripts for videos, voiceovers, and internal storytelling assets
Articles and thought leadership content (LinkedIn-ready and long-form)
Toolkits and communication guides for managers and teams
One-pagers, FAQs, and talking points
Slide-ready copy for presentations, workshops, and leadership meetings
Support leaders with content that strengthens clarity, confidence, and consistency across communications
Shape messaging to reflect leadership voice, tone, and authenticity while maintaining professional standards
Produce executive-level materials that are clear at a quick read
Support internal communications campaigns (culture, workplace, engagement, leadership visibility, and business priorities)
Develop campaign content across channels (emails, posters, screens, intranet content, video scripts, and social copy)
Maintain consistency across messaging, tone, and creative direction
Work closely with internal creative and strategy partners (communications, design, leadership) to deliver integrated outputs
Participate in client meetings as needed to capture requirements, clarify direction, and confirm next steps
Manage feedback cycles and incorporate edits efficiently and accurately
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of experience in communications (agency, consulting, corporate, or internal communications)
Exceptional writing, proofing, and editing skills (executive tone, concise storytelling, clarity under pressure)
Strong project management habits and ability to manage multiple deliverables at once
Comfort working directly with senior stakeholders and adapting to different communication styles
Strong attention to detail, formatting, and quality control
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Preferred
Experience creating communications that drive engagement and adoption
Experience supporting executive communications and leadership visibility
Experience producing scripts and content for video or live speaking moments
Familiarity with internal communications toolkits and channel strategy
Change communications or transformation work exposure (not required)
