Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the daily maintenance, operations, and continuous enhancements of the integrated eligibility and enrollment system with a focus on Medicaid eligibility and enrollments
Monitor and analyze system data to ensure compliance
Collaborate with business partners, policy teams, and technical teams on the design and implementation of system enhancements and policy changes
Ensure accurate and timely eligibility determinations
Must be able to effectively communicate and clearly explain complex system behavior to non-technical users
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of Integrated Eligibility, specifically the Eligibility determination part
Strong SQL skills
Very good Medicaid background
