Account Executive
CyberHire.ai is partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company that provides small business software designed to help local businesses manage customers, operations, and payments more efficiently. The Strategic Account Executive role focuses on driving new revenue within a defined local territory by selling a small business SaaS solution directly to business owners and decision makers.

Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
Focus primarily on outbound prospecting (approximately 80 percent outbound, 20 percent inbound)
Run discovery calls and lead your own product demos
Close new business and identify upsell opportunities over time
Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity
Maintain a strong local presence through networking and referrals
Follow defined sales processes, cadences, and operational requirements
Qualification
Required
4+ years of sales experience
4+ years in a full-cycle closing role
Proven outbound, hunter mindset
Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
Comfortable selling to small business owners
Preferred
SaaS and SMB sales experience strongly preferred
