The role involves handling warm listing and buyer appointments, converting leads, and managing transactions from contract to closing.
Responsibilities
Handle warm listing & buyer appointments generated by our marketing machine and inside-sales team
Convert leads through a consultative sales process and excellent follow-up
Conduct buyer & seller consultations, market analyses, and open houses
Manage transactions from contract to closing with the support of our back-office team
Learn and execute creative deal structures (cash offers, guaranteed sale programs, seller finance, subject-to, etc.)
Build and nurture long-term client relationships and grow your personal business pipeline
Maintain deep knowledge of local market conditions and community resources
Qualification
Required
Active Oregon and/or Washington real estate license (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
Full-time commitment — this is a career, not a side gig
Coachable, hungry, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
Excellent communicator with strong organization and time-management skills
Comfortable with daily prospecting and outbound outreach when needed
Tech-savvy and willing to adopt proven systems and tools
Preferred
Past sales experience preferred but not required
