The role involves assisting in the installation, inspection, and completion of HVAC systems under the supervision of lead installers, while learning essential skills and safety practices in HVAC work.

Responsibilities
Performs a wide variety of installations of HVAC equipment following the detailed and general directions of HVAC Install Leads and Supervisors in the performance and completion of HVAC mechanical and electrical systems installation work
Adheres to work Plans, assigned tasks, prioritized work, work schedules, quality control tests and follows on-the job training
If required, documents actions by completing records and installation paperwork
Learns the operating principles of HVAC systems, as well as work safety practices and general OSHA standards related to HVAC work
Qualification
Required
Must be able to adapt to changing and growing work environment
Must be clean, maintain a professional appearance, and communicate well with customers
Excellent communication and listening skills
Be a self-motivated team player
Good understanding of the HVAC installation process
