Senior LevelSantcore Technologies is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to support data-driven enterprise platforms focused on AI readiness and connected intelligence solutions. This role requires hands-on development expertise and the ability to lead technical decisions while collaborating within a SCRUM environment.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Angular, and React
Work independently and as part of an Agile/SCRUM team, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Provide technical leadership, including mentoring junior developers and guiding architectural decisions
Build and support cloud-based deployments on AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
Develop and integrate ETL pipelines supporting both structured and unstructured data sources
Design, optimize, and maintain SQL-based relational databases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make data AI-ready and support enterprise search and analytics platforms
Contribute to Connected Intelligence, Learning, and Technology Analytics initiatives
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Java, Angular, and React
Proven experience deploying and managing applications on AWS
Solid background working with structured and unstructured data
Hands-on experience with ETL pipelines and SQL databases
Experience working in Agile/SCRUM development environments
Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical decision-making
Must be located in the DMV area and available for 3 days onsite (McLean, VA or Rockville, MD)
