Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support LabVantage LIMS (v7.x / v8.x) applications
Gather and analyze business requirements from laboratory and QA/QC teams
Configure workflows, sample lifecycle, test methods, stability studies, and reports
Perform system customization using JavaScript, SQL, XML as required
Integrate LabVantage with external systems such as SAP, ERP, MES, instruments, and CDS
Support data migration from legacy LIMS systems
Prepare and execute validation documentation (URS, FRS, IQ, OQ, PQ)
Ensure compliance with GxP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 regulations
Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Work closely with onsite and offshore teams in Agile/SDLC environment
Qualification
Required
6+ years of LIMS experience with strong LabVantage hands-on exposure
Experience in Pharma / Biotech / Life Sciences domain
Strong understanding of GxP, GMP, GLP compliance
Hands-on experience with LabVantage configuration and customization
Good knowledge of SQL and JavaScript
Excellent communication and documentation skills
