Responsibilities
Manage budget tracking, forecasting, and reconciliations across Facilities, Security, Conference Services, and Meetings & Events
Own MSAs, SOWs, invoicing, accruals, and quarterly close activities
Prepare and present budget forecasts and actuals to senior leadership
Drive rolling estimates, anchor budgets , and variance analysis
Partner with Finance and cost center owners to identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving recommendations
Produce ad-hoc financial reports and executive-ready presentations
Monitor vendor payments and ensure timely invoice processing (Coupa/SAP)
Support compliance, audit accuracy, and financial best practices
Qualification
Required
Large-scale budget management ($100M+, multiple cost centers and vendors)
Rapid proficiency in financial systems (Coupa, Ariba, SAP or similar)
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7+ years in budget, finance, or program analysis roles
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
Proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
