Answer agent questions
Service work-help w/contracting
Quotes
Ordering supplies / pulling apps
Commissions problem solving
Onboarding and updating agents
Ensuring hierarchy is set properly in systems
Answer inbound calls
Assist Marketer, Chantell Fiscus answer agent questions, process contract requests, outbound calls regarding important and pressing information
All coversheets for contracting
Ensuring agents complete their contracting links & certifications
Recruiting calls for meetings
Carrier reach out when agents have an issue
