They are seeking a results-driven Facilities Project Specialist to support the Real Estate and Facilities team, focusing on project execution, data-driven decision support, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to translate complex topics into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Streamlined cross-functional collaboration: serve as the liaison across teams, ensuring alignment, clear decision rights, and timely information flow
Efficient program execution: plan, track, and deliver facilities and real estate initiatives on schedule and within scope, balancing strategic intent with operational reality
Data-driven decision support: produce accurate reports, dashboards, and stakeholder materials that translate complex topics into actionable insights
Scalable processes: design and implement processes that improve efficiency, documentation accuracy, and knowledge retention across the Real Estate and Facilities group
Impactful communications: craft clear communications, memos, and presentations for executives and stakeholders that drive alignment and buy-in
Quality documentation: maintain organized, accessible documentation and records to support audits, planning, and ongoing operations
Continuous improvement: proactively identify opportunities to optimize workflows, tooling, and collaboration to boost team performance

Qualification

Required

2+ years' experience in a fast-paced life science environment (or similar high-growth setting)
Highly organized with disciplined follow-through and strong attention to detail
Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear, actionable insights
Adaptability and resourcefulness—comfortable shifting between strategic analysis, operational execution, and ad hoc responsibilities
A self-starter with strong ownership, proactive judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
Experience supporting real estate, facilities, or operations in a life science or tech environment

Preferred

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
Ability to create compelling decks and executive-style reports
