2+ years expInfobahn Softworld Corp. is seeking an experienced IT / OT Support Analyst to provide technical support for Genentech staff supporting GxP Manufacturing and Quality operations. This role involves end-user support in a regulated environment and requires effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Provide end-user technical support in a complex, 24x7 manufacturing environment
Troubleshoot and support multiple platforms including Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile devices
Support enterprise and department-level applications
Partner with Automation teams to support MES, DCS, and SCADA systems
Support computers and systems in GMP areas, including shop floor and laboratory environments
Provide support for network configurations (LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN)
Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and application conflicts
Manage service requests in ServiceNow, including ticket creation, tracking, and closure
Coordinate with site and corporate IT teams to resolve issues in alignment with standards
Document solutions, workarounds, FAQs, system changes, and incidents
Manage user accounts, access rights, devices, and print queues
Deliver services per defined SLAs in a mission-critical environment
Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and holiday support
Attend coordination meetings to identify improvement and support opportunities
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience providing onsite and/or remote IT technical support
Strong knowledge of end-user computing and enterprise IT environments
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Ethernet, Windows Networking)
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience supporting systems in regulated (GxP/GMP) environments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
