Benefits Coordinator
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Benefits Coordinator to join their client's dynamic team in California. This position is integral to ensuring the seamless administration of employee benefits and maintaining a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company offerings
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws governing employee benefits
Assist with the enrollment process during open enrollment periods and throughout the year
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits information
Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate benefits deductions and contributions
Communicate any changes in benefits programs to employees in a clear and timely manner
Qualification
Required
Education requirement is a Bachelor's degree
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
