Responsibilities
Lead design, configuration, and implementation of D365 F&O Warehouse Management solutions supporting inbound/outbound operations, inventory control, and integrations
Partner with warehouse, supply chain, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
Analyze current warehouse and fulfillment processes, perform fit/gap analysis, and recommend best practices
Configure and customize WMS, inventory, and mobile workflows; support testing, go-live, and post-implementation troubleshooting
Collaborate with system integrators, developers, and architects to deliver secure, high-performing solutions
Support UAT, automation testing, documentation, and end-user training
Qualification
Required
Must be USC or Green Card Holder
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 10+ years in supply chain/warehouse systems
5+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 SCM (WMS focus) including implementation and post-go-live support
Experience with multi-site distribution, inventory management, inbound/outbound processes, and mobile RF workflows
Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) and WMS integrations
Experience supporting ERP transformations and operational process optimization
Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
