Responsibilities
Perform cost analysis and maintain accurate costing models
Conduct variance analysis (material, labor, overhead) and report findings
Monitor and reconcile inventory valuation and related accounts
Assist with month-end close , including journal entries and accruals
Prepare detailed cost reports for management review
Support ERP systems ( IQMS preferred; Sage exposure a plus )
Collaborate with operations and finance teams to improve cost control processes
Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of experience in cost accounting or manufacturing accounting
Strong understanding of costing principles, inventory, and variance analysis
ERP experience (IQMS preferred; Sage a plus)
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, cost analysis)
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
