Social Media Marketing & Community Manager
Responsibilities
Work on day-to-day content creation and social media management (Instagram, TikTok, X)
Help craft our brand voice through video, memes, stories, and UGC campaigns
Plan and attend local events, swap meetups, and community activations
Engage directly with users and foster local groups and communities
Help scale Zèya’s presence by creating authentic, viral content
Qualification
Required
Creative, plugged-in, and self-motivated
Based in Miami

Passionate about secondhand, sustainability, or creative commerce
Comfortable filming, editing, and appearing on camera
Able to work flexible hours (events, drops, campaigns)
Deeply embedded in Miami culture and Gen Z energy
Preferred
Graphic design experience with Canva, Adobe, Figma, or similar
Experience with event coverage, street style, or community-based content
Experience building UGC loops, challenges, and creator collaborations
Portfolio: Nice to have for the interview
