Responsibilities
Provide leadership and supervision to the maintenance team, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Automation Technicians
Oversee daily maintenance activities, establish schedules, and assign tasks to ensure planned and unplanned work is completed efficiently
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, instrumentation, and PLC systems
Direct and support root-cause analysis efforts and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Ensure all maintenance work orders are properly entered, tracked, and managed in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Maintain adequate inventories of spare parts, tools, and supplies to support production requirements
Supervise installation, calibration, and repair of motors, pumps, blowers, filters, conveyors, PLCs, VFDs, servos, sensors, control panels, and other automation systems
Provide technical training, mentorship, and performance management for direct reports
Drive compliance with statutory codes, safety regulations, and company maintenance policies
Monitor man-hour efficiency, productivity, and timely completion of preventative and corrective work orders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in a maintenance environment
Hands-on experience with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems (including 3-phase 480V systems)
Experience with PLCs, controls, instrumentation, and automation systems
Proficiency with CMMS or SAP for managing work orders, inventory, and reporting
Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as schematics, OEM manuals, and wiring diagrams
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across mechanical/electrical domains
