Responsibilities
Process & Data Analysis: Define and implement comprehensive end-to-end process and data management strategies for hardware development and supply chain
Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and track project initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
Demonstrate understanding of product master data (PLM), parts and hierarchy, applying this insight to inform process and data decisions
Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and data-driven outcomes
Define functional requirements and develop detailed solution designs to meet operational outcomes, conforming to business requirements
Trace processes through various systems and recommend how data is managed, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Identify opportunities for process and system optimization near and mid-term, and contribute to long-range strategic planning
Develop reference documentation and educational materials for the internal teams
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years' experience delivering new system capabilities in Business Analyst and Project Manager role. This must include at least 3 years specifically within the hardware industry
Minimum of 3 years' agile project management experience, consistently driving IT/business problems to closure in fast-paced environments, with an ability to propose and execute innovative, improvisational solutions for rapid progress
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or similar related disciplines
Work with many cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and obtain cross-functional alignment
Tracing processes through systems and recommending data management strategies
Strong understanding of product parts and hierarchy, and how they relate to data management
Excellent communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and organization skills
Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Knowledge and/or usage of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system
Analyzing and cleaning large data sets
Working in high-volume consumer electronics industry
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP)
