Qualification
Required
Strong Analytical Skills and Research and Development (R&D) experience to assess customer needs and contribute to product innovation
Proven expertise in Technical Support and implementing solutions to enhance client satisfaction and operational outcomes
Experience in Team Management and Project Management to effectively lead teams and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
A deep understanding of the tunnelling and industrial drilling sectors, including knowledge of drilling fluid technology, is highly desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Ability to work independently and effectively manage tasks in a remote work environment
Relevant engineering or technical degree or equivalent expertise in the industry
