Build PMG workflows, forms, service catalogs, and automation logic
Redesign and optimize SQL Server/MySQL/PostgreSQL databases
Integrate PMG with ERP/MES systems and build secure REST services
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, QA, and IT teams

Required

6–10+ years of experience
Manufacturing / Industrial Systems domain experience
Modernize legacy web + database applications and refactor APIs
Build PMG workflows, forms, service catalogs, and automation logic
Redesign and optimize SQL Server/MySQL/PostgreSQL databases
Integrate PMG with ERP/MES systems and build secure REST services
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, QA, and IT teams
Strong SQL expertise (schema design, tuning, migrations)
Backend/full‑stack development experience (.NET, Python, Node.js, etc.)
Hands‑on experience with workflow/automation or low‑code platforms
Prior PMG Digital Platform experience (must‑have)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
Ability to work independently in dynamic environments
Analytical and detail‑oriented mindset

Preferred

Manufacturing systems experience (nice to have)
