Responsibilities
Source and execute off-market acquisitions across Texas
Maintain and leverage strong broker and owner relationships
Lead transactions from sourcing through LOI, underwriting, structuring, and closing
Evaluate value-add and development-oriented opportunities
Collaborate with asset management and internal teams on business plans
Structure deals creatively on both the debt and equity side
Manage a small acquisitions team
Qualification
Required
15+ years of real estate acquisitions experience (10+ considered for exceptional candidates)
Proven track record of sourcing off-market deals (on-market-only experience will not be a fit)
Experience in industrial and/or retail real estate
Deep knowledge of the Texas market
Background in entrepreneurial or mid-sized investment platforms
Execution-focused, low-ego, hardworking mentality
