Responsibilities
Collaborate with departments, conduct regular team check-ins, and serve as the primary contact for clients
Oversee day-to-day management of accounts, mentor team members, and ensure project completion within scope
Develop and optimise campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and share industry insights
Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights and ideas for campaigns and content
Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends, sharing knowledge with colleagues and clients
Assist in executing marketing campaigns and content that drive results and meet client KPIs
Be involved with thought leadership initiatives, promoting yourself and Hallam through a variety of channels

Qualification
Required
Hands on paid media management and planning experience in an agency or in-house role
B2B paid media strategy experience, with knowledge of ABM campaigns
Strong analytical skills, data proficiency, and knowledge of paid media
Organised with excellent time management skills
Active engagement in professional development
Advanced certifications in digital advertising platforms
Confident communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills
