Responsibilities

Own and improve business-critical IT systems, including upgrades and new tool rollouts
Configure, maintain, and optimize the company’s SaaS application portfolio to ensure reliability, security, and scalability
Support and manage the company’s AI tools and provide escalated IT support for a global, remote workforce of 500+ users
Troubleshoot across software, hardware, cloud services, and endpoints
Manage laptops and IT assets from purchase through lifecycle and compliance
Use automation and AI to improve support, documentation, and IT operations

Required

5+ years of systems or IT engineering experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong IAM and security experience, including Okta and cloud security tools like Netskope
Hands-on support for Windows, macOS, and Linux in a remote environment
Experience with MDM and endpoint tools (Jamf, Intune, device security)
Familiar with collaboration tools like Microsoft 365, Slack, and Zoom
Comfortable automating tasks, communicating clearly, and working in a fast-paced environment
