Responsibilities
Lead the Architecture, Design and development and deployment of Scalable low latency and high throughput APIs
Build and optimize high performance backend services in Go or Java or TypeScript/NodeJs and GraphQL APIs
Drive front-end-applications using React and TypeScript, ensuring clean, reusable and scalable components
Provide Technical Leadership by mentoring engineers, reviewing code and fostering best practices
Collaborate closely with product, design and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver impactful features
Ensure System performance, scalability and security through thoughtful design and proactive monitoring
Define and implement engineering standards including testing strategies, CI/CD and deployment best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar
7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role
Strong expertise in Go (Golang) or Java or NodeJS or similar backend language for software development
Hand-on experience building and optimizing GraphQL APIs
Proficiency in React and Typescript for modern web application
Background in real-time systems, caching strategies or event driven architectures
Experience with databases (both SQL and Non SQL)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) and Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
