Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to attorneys across different practice areas across the firm
Assist with legal case management by organizing files, maintaining schedules, and tracking deadlines for various practice areas including personal injury law, commercial litigation, trusts and wills, real estate law, corporate law, and more
Task and case management
Perform clerical duties such as filing, organizing case files, managing document review processes, and supporting administrative functions within the law office
Assist attorneys with court filings and document submissions in compliance with court procedures
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while providing exceptional organizational support
Qualification
Required
Seven years' experience as a legal secretary for Washington, preferably in both litigation and transactional practices
Proven experience in legal administrative support with familiarity in various practice areas
Manage multiple cases efficiently across different practice areas; ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of legal procedures related to litigation and transactional work; familiarity with court filing processes
Effective communication skills demonstrating professionalism in phone etiquette and client interactions
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Preferred
Project management experience is a plus
