Required

Working towards a Bachelor's or advance Degree with a concentration in Hospitality, Real Estate and/or Finance

Experience and/or course workload must consist of Excel and financial modeling

Basic knowledge of hospitality real estate markets, including operations, debt/equity structures and exhibits familiarity with real estate terminology

Ability to think critically

Keen attention to detail

Highly developed organizational and analytical skills

Ability to work well and collaborate with others as well as be self-directed and independent to achieve project deadlines

Business writing ability

Strong computer skills: Excel (modeling and analysis), Powerpoint, Word, Outlook, online research tools
