Responsibilities
Recruit new ASD’s and SD’s as well as independent contractor agents
Follow up with new agents to ensure efficient and timely on-boarding
Regularly train agents on products and selling tools
Communicate with, service and retain top level independent contractor agents
Attend and participate in meetings as required by management
Strive to meet company sales objectives
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or undergraduate degree. Industry experience may be substituted for educational qualification
0-2 years of experience in insurance marketing and sales
Must hold a valid life & health insurance license
Consistently conveys a friendly, positive, and professional attitude while maintaining confidentiality
Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness, and a commitment to quality; proactively seeks ways to improve and monitors own work
Listens attentively, seeks clarification, and responds effectively to questions; supports organizational policies, procedures, and values
