Responsibilities
Leading moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and cross-functional partners
Designing, developing, and managing project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements
Using problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent
Partnering cross-functionally with customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership that drives effective project delivery
Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders across Cyber and Capital One to ensure delivery of commitments
Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management and process development/implementation, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment
Display a passion for coaching and mentoring associates
Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 6 years of experience in cybersecurity and risk management
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
7 years of experience in multiple cybersecurity domains (identity and access management, zero trust architecture, cloud security)
10+ years of Project Management experience
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
