Responsibilities
Apartment Refresh - Repair surfaces, replace fixtures, test appliances, change HVAC filters, touch up flooring and carpet, and apply fresh paint to get apartments sparkling clean and move-in ready
Safety First - Keep a safe work environment for both residents and your team while following all company and industry safety standards
Pitch In - Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs and property upkeep whenever needed
Resident-Friendly - Interact with residents in a friendly, professional way when you’re working on-site
Qualification
Required
At least 2 year of general maintenance, handyman, or make-ready experience
You notice the little things that make an apartment shine for its next resident
You show up on time, follow through on tasks, and own your work
You're willing to jump in and help wherever needed
Valid Driver's License - For using company vehicles or picking up supplies off-site
