Responsibilities
Prepare the paperwork and all associated documents necessary to ship out customers’ orders from packing lists to invoicing
Verifying items and quantities pulled match the customer order
Prepare UPS, FedEx shipments and LTL shipments working with a broker
Regular communication between customers via phone and email
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills, job requires the ability to multi-task, problem solve and possess strong analytical decision-making skills
Intermediate Word and Excel skills
Basic calculator and mathematical skills
Preferred
Knowledge of UPS World Ship, truck shipments and working with freight brokers a plus
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
