Responsibilities
Manage Due Diligence Requests: Oversee and respond to due diligence questionnaires and customer inquiries with accuracy and timeliness
Respond to RFPs/RFIs: Deliver precise, compelling responses to Requests for Proposals and Information, recommending optimal solutions tailored to customer pain points
Product Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for all Ncontracts solutions, supporting sales reps and addressing customer questions
Build Business Cases: Develop persuasive business cases that clearly articulate the value of Ncontracts solutions in solving customer challenges
Solution Environment Setup: Create and configure solution environments to support Proof of Concepts (POCs), sandbox environments, and trial requests
Qualification
Required
Highly skilled in providing expert guidance on solutions
Ability to manage due diligence requests and respond to customer inquiries
Experience in delivering precise responses to RFPs/RFIs
Subject matter expertise for all Ncontracts solutions
Ability to develop persuasive business cases
Experience in creating and configuring solution environments for POCs and trials
