Responsibilities

Co-facilitate, and at times, facilitate, FA Recurrent and Initial modules, coursework, exams, drills, and other learnings
Update curriculum to address trends in industry, specific NJA business goals, and FA feedback
Collaborate with other stakeholders as needed, including the pilot group, NSRs, pilot instructors, Global Five Senses, etc
Facilitate trainings for other departments, including OS, Scheduling, etc
Travel as needed

Required
