Responsibilities

Analyzing complex tax issues related to mergers and acquisitions to provide strategic tax advice
Collaborating with clients to develop tax-efficient structures and strategies for corporate transactions
Preparing and reviewing consolidated tax returns to align with financial reporting standards
Conducting tax modeling to assess the implications of various structural options
Advising on domestic restructuring to optimize tax benefits and compliance with tax laws

Required

Currently pursuing or have completed a Master of Laws degree
