Responsibilities

Receive and process return checks
Receive and review accounts on the Negative Shares report and takes appropriate action, which can include contacting members by phone or sending written correspondence
Identify accounts that need to be recommended for charge off
Gather and prepare necessary documentation for further collection activity
Communicate with a diverse member base

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or GED
Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and willingness to support others within the Abound team
Organized, display attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
Communication skills, whether it's with management or verbal/written responses to members or other team members
Experience using Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
