Responsibilities

Responsible for oversight and management of sales, bidding, estimating, processes for approximately $50M revenue generation for RCP, Precast, EnviroKeeper, and EnviroCast product lines
Responsible for hiring, coaching, development and reviewing performance of sales, and estimating team
Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales gross profit
Assist in preparation of annual sales budget for precast division
Monitor market and establish pricing for all precast products
Responsible for the annual sales growth strategy
Review past bid/quote history for like items or products in conjunction with the Customer Service Group and the Product Managers
Review the bid/quote specifications and ensure that all angles and options are reviewed and understand prior to bid/quote time to ensure the most competitive bid is delivered. Follow up on a timely basis and report competitive results
Responsible for calling on, developing, and executing key account strategies for customer base
Develop relationships with engineering firms, municipalities, and contractors in the region to ensure the most competitive and advantageous opportunities to conduct business with same
Responsible for in-depth product knowledge
Collaborate with the entire precast product team to ensure that all opportunities and synergies (products and services alike) are being utilized for bidding on projects of multiple product lines produced within our multiple plants

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required
10+ years precast sales experience required
