Responsibilities
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of internal and third-party data sources that support the custom measurement platform, while maintaining alignment with project timelines and deadlines
Analyze and synthesize data to evaluate program effectiveness for various audiences (e.g., healthcare professionals, patients) and identify optimization opportunities
Build analytics processes and tools to improve efficiency and decrease errors in data ingestion and synthesis
Collaborate with Media and Strategy teams to develop insights-driven recommendations for client deliverables
Support new business initiatives by contributing to case studies, presenting key findings, and summarizing previous successes
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (Media, Data Engineering, Account, Strategy) and external stakeholders (clients, partner agencies, consulting groups) through clear communication and timely data deliverables
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in data/analytics consulting, quantitative marketing, or media data analysis
Proven experience working with media data
Analytical mindset, able to interpret data and provide clear, actionable insights
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused agency setting
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and tight deadlines
Proactive and entrepreneurial – a troubleshooter & problem solver
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences
